Do you have evening appointments?

Yes we have daytime, evening and weekend appointments to work around our clients

How long is the hire period?

Generally we hire from the day before the event and return the day after. However we always like to accommodate clients, so please advise if you require a longer hire period

Do you accept credit cards?

Sorry at present we can accept cash, cheque or bank transfer payments only

Do I have to clean the dress before I return it?

No simply return the dress to us and we will take care of cleaning it

What if I spill something / damage the dress?

Accidents happen, please indicate the stain/ damage when you return the dress. If a dress is damaged beyond repair, we may seek the full retail cost of a replacement dress

Can I order one of your dresses in a different size or colour?

As our aim is to have “one off” dresses, in most cases we are unable to re-order particular styles. We will however try our utmost to find you something similar

Do you stock wedding/ bridesmaid dresses?

We have several dresses that would be suitable for a bride, or bridesmaid,  as we only have one of each dress, we are unable to provide a few bridesmaids with the same dress. Lots of our dresses work well together, so you can easily co-ordinate different styles to suit your bridesmaids.

Can I bring a friend to help me?

We would be delighted for you to bring a friend

I have a young child can I bring them with me?

We welcome children, however they can be distracting and the focus should be on you, to enable us to spend time finding you the right outfit.

Do you carry out alterations?

Yes we carry out minor alterations for which there is an additional small charge
